Tea in the News: Tea and Alzheimer's Disease

A study was conducted that shows that EGCG, a potent flavonoid found in tea (with the highest levels being in white tea and green tea), as well as resveratrol from red wine can be used in an attempt to help prevent Alzheimer's.

While we encourage drinking tea for the enjoyment, it is also nice to know that drinking good, quality tea can have a great impact on our physical health as well.
