Goji Berries

$8.00

Goji berries are native to different parts of eastern Asia.  Also known as wolfberries, or wolfberry fruit, goji berries grow on two primary types of boxthorn plants.  The berries have an orangish-red color, and are valued for their health properties (for a more in-depth look at the properties and potential health benefits of goji berries, click here), which include being high in antioxidants and containing a wide variety of vitamins and minerals.

The goji berries that we carry are dried and come in a 2 oz. bag. The gojis are grown organically in the Ninjxia Province of western China (the Ninjxia Province is world-renown for its high quality of goji berries).

We recommend brewing the dried gojis by themselves or with one of our teas or herbals because of the length of time the gojis have been dried. In China, brewing gojis with green tea or with chrysanthemums is popular.
